We are URGENTLY looking for Independent Sales Agents to work in the Corrèze, Limousin (Brive, Argentat, Ussel, Treignac) . We have already made some progress in this department and have begun to build our portfolio of properties, but require further agents to capitalise upon this sucess and help to develop our brand in the area. As an Independent Sales Agent working with Leggett Immobilier, you will be an ambitious and confident self-starter, and will be responsible for the growth of the resales business through expansion of the existing property portfolio, and marketing these properties to an international clientele. With the ability to work autonomously, this is essentially a field sales role, with the assured back-up of an experienced bilingual sales support team based out of the Head Office. This is a self-employed role where you will be required to establish your own company, and you are responsible for your social security charges, taxes, running costs etc. Full training is provided initially by our Head Office, and ongoing back office support is provided free of charge to all agents working with Leggett Immobilier. This is not a franchise, we are not asking you to make a significant investment just for the privilege of being self-employed in France. We understand the realities of setting up a business and generating a revenue in France and will not make your life harder than it needs to be! We have given a reallistic indication of the earnings potential of working with Leggett Immobilier for an Independent Sales Agent working on a full-time basis, but in reality the earnings potential is unlimited and uncapped. What you get out is directly proportional to the amount of time, effort and commitment you put in! You will be involved in everything from plots of land to chateaux, from barns to commercial properties, and develop a diverse knowledge of resales property available in France. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within estate agency in France or overseas, although we will consider applicants who have experience in real estate from other countries, or simply a strong track record in sales but we are open-minded. A good knowledge of the French language is essential. However, a willingness to learn and develop this skill will be taken as seriously as someone fluent in the language.
