Become an Estate Agent in France...and work in partnership with the best! The business of Leggett Immobilier is to assist Anglophone buyers wishing to purchase property in France. The Head Office is based in the Dordogne, which houses the call centre as well as the legal, marketing, recruitment and IT support teams. In addition there are currently 4 regional sales offices across South West France and an active sales force of 40 independent agents across the country, from Brittany to Provence. We are looking to expand our network of independent sales agents across France. The role of an independent sales agent is to create and maintain a high quality and relevant property portfolio and to help Leggett Immobilier clients find a property which meets their buying criteria. Initial training and ongoing support and development are provided by the Head Office. We understand what it takes to be successful and will share that knowledge with you in order that you can grow your business as quickly and as effectively as possible. Establishing yourself as an estate agent in France is no mean feat, and does require a degree of time, commitment and initial capital to really make it work. Be under no illusions, it is hard work but financially rewarding to work as an estate agent in France. We are looking for agents across most areas of France. Essential qualities we are looking for in a candidate: - Commitment, flexibility, self-discipline and self-motivation
- Sufficient capital or other income to survive in the first couple of months
- Understanding of what it means to be self-employed in France
- Experience in sales or "people" environments
- Happy to work independently but also be a team player
- Passionate about France and property
- IT literate
