On the outskirts of Céret and the foothills of the Vallespir, this is an ideal location with a combination of hills, a quiet residential area in the process of development, within and walking distance of the centre of one of the liveliest towns in the area. The access road to this part of Céret winds up into the hills behind serving a few country houses. The town of Perpignan, on the river Tet, is the capital of the department of Pyrenées Orientales is well served with shopping centres and administrative services.
In the foothills of the Pyrenées Céret is also an ideal base for exploring the mountains, on foot or by car. The mild winter climate makes them accessible all year round as there is very little snow.
