The first house is as follows.

A short private drive leads to the side of the house and the garden opens out to allow plenty of parking space. There are two doors from the kitchen. The first leads to a downstairs bedroom and family bathroom. The bedroom is a good sized double of around 14m2.
Back into the kitchen and the other door leads into a hallway and then stairs to the first floor where you will find two large double bedrooms. There is also an access door onto the mezzanine in the barn allowing for easy conversion for another bedroom and bathroom up here. The entire property was re-roofed within the last five years and is in overall excellent structural condition. The attached barn is over 60m2 in floor space with plenty of height should you wish to create extra living space.
The land is set out as garden and also a field with over 2 acres in total. A very quiet spot and close to a village with basic amenities.
This house is in need of cosmetic updating, so decorating throughout and a new kitchen but everything else is good. This is however reflected in the fantastic price for such a great stone character house.
