You have full double glazing throughout too and with the oil burning stove in the lounge a cosy house in the winter months too.
The house not only has the attached terrace at the rear there is also a small garden of 260m2 across the road which has great views over open countryside.
In summary a truly great renovation of a pretty village house. Ideal if you do not want to be isolated but still live in the French countryside.
