The character has been maintained with exposed beams and you could move straight in and enjoy living in this beautiful part of the Haute Vienne in south western France.
The house sits in the middle of a small village and with friendly neighbours and excellent village mayor you will be made to feel most welcome. A good sized room with bath and shower with wc and handbasin. A door leads into a small storage area and stairs to the loft. 60m2 and with enough height to convert if you wish into further bedrooms.
Four bedrooms of 9, 16, 16, 16m2. All have wonderful hardwood floors and light and airy decoration gives a welcoming feel.
There is then a second bathroom of over 16m2, with corner shower and wc. You have full double glazing throughout too and with the oil burning stove in the lounge a cosy house in the winter months too.
The house not only has the attached terrace at the rear there is also a small garden of 260m2 across the road which has great views over open countryside.
In summary a truly great renovation of a pretty village house. Ideal if you do not want to be isolated but still live in the French countryside.
