Even the vendor became lost whilst showing me around. You enter the house on the right first, on the ground floor you will find 7/8 rooms including a bathroom and kitchen, fabulous high ceilings. A loft of some 40m2 allowed me to see the good state of repair the roof is in as it was replaced less than 10 years ago.
There is a terraced garden to the rear and ample parking at the front to make this an amazing property.
The house has previously been used as apartments and it would be fairly easy to re-create this use as there are already separate electricity circuits and meters in place in some parts.
