| Nice little village house in need of modernisation but in a habitable condition. The house sits in a good sized garden that is fenced all around, ideal if you have a dog or children.
A gate opens onto a path to the side of the house where you will find the entrance door. A porch has the wc and shower room off to the right and then you enter the kitchen/diner. A good sized room with more than enough space for a dining table. You also have a woodburning stove which powers the central heating system, however this is quite old so may need replacing or at the very least a good service. To the right a door leads into the large lounge of over 22m2 with windows looking out over the garden. There is an old fireplace that could be opened up to provide a feature once again.
To the other side of the kitchen is a double bedroom with a wndow overlooking the garden to one side of the house.
There is a small hallway to the side of the kitchen with stairs leading to the first floor. There is also a door leadig into the garage which opens onto the street in front of the house.
The first floor has two good sized double bedrooms and a large attic. The attic could be used for storage but would be potentially difficult to convert into.
The garden of the house is to the rear and is fenced all around with areas of raised vegetable plots and fruit trees, along with flower borders etc. There is even a chicken shed at the bottom of the garden.
Just along the lane you also have a second brick built garage with its own small plot of garden. Ideal if you want somewhere for storage.
In summary this is a great little village house that once modernised would make an attractive permanent or holiday home in France.
