The garden has mature plants, a small lawn area, a well ( the present owner swears by this water and since moving to old peoples accommodation in nearby Bellac, visits regularly to take bottle full back to drink)!!! And an area set to vegetable garden.
It would be possible to extend up and sideways with this property. Although it has 4 bedrooms, they are not huge, with the possibility of extending comes the possibility of adding bedrooms and bathrooms or extending the originals – almost a blank canvas!!
