A peculiar aspect of this propery would no doubt be the water reservoir. This recently build (round shaped) building stocks all the (rain)water that is needed for the house and kettle. Now the land is something different; it is difficult to describe the diversity of these 42 hectares of land. It basically has everything except a lake or river.
