It consists of a kitchen dining room, an utility room, a showerroom and a family bedroom, with the possibility to divide the room into 2 bedrooms. However, there is a possibility to extend and have 2 more bedrooms in the attached outbuilding.
POOL
The pool is new (2005). No pipes as it is all by the pool. Security with the gates and the alarm, little wooden chalet for electricty and various material for the pool nearby. And the pool is covered so the water stays at 30°C from April to October, without having to heat the pool.
GARDEN
The size of the land is just perfect: 2 acres and a half of grassland, vegetable garden, orchard, granit stones site, and the larke fishing lake.
The fising lake has its own access and it is possibile to make a summer house from the fisherman house nearby.
A perfect place to organise summer days out.
