Situated on the edge of the village which has a doctor, pharmacy, post office, bar, general store, garage and bakery, all you want from day to day is at hand. There is also a local primary school and like most of the schools in this area, it is very welcoming and produces good results. For secondary education there's lots of choice and most villages provide transport.
For those who like to get out and about this property gives superb access to St Malo/Dinard (55km), Rennes (60km), Dinan (35km) and St Brieuc (50km). This means that not only are you well under an hour away from shopping, beaches, restaurants, mediaeval festivals, theatres, art galleries, cinemas, bowling alleys, boat trips, swimming pools, golf, riding, tennis, long country or coastal walks and much more, but also equally close to a mass of daily flights and ferries arriving from the UK. You could even hop on the TGV if you prefer to let the train take the strain. All these attractions and great accessibility make it easy to let out the gite as well making your life more fun.
